Announcement posted at last on Commsec and it looks to be an excellent deal for JAK. An experienced nickel miner does the work on JAK's extensive leases - and pays back JAK's expenses if they find something!
With the options income certain because of an underwriting agreement, the company is cashed up sufficiently to do their share of the work.
I estimate there will still only be about 70 million shares on issue after the oppies are converted.This company could go for a big run if their gold or nickel prospects produce something promising.
I hold so am very prejudiced!
