The numbers in the phase 1 trial are too small to draw any conclusions on effectiveness. A lack of side effects is potentially a bad thing as herceptin-like side effects would have been an indication the vaccine was working, but once again the numbers in the trial are too small to really say anything useful.
The most positive is the trial hit all its end points and so it will go onto phase 2 where we will learn if it will work or not.
