If any of the patients died from cancer, IMO it would have been reported as DP (Disease Progression), but although the 4 patients were likely the additional patients (at the end of recruitment back in September, there were only 10 patients), it is also possible that one or more did not continue treatment hence did not turn up at Day 56 tumour assessment visit. (as per ann: Evaluable patients are those on study at the Day 56 tumour assessment visit.)

But as QiQi & others said, considering the conditions of patients, the results are impressive. Even more, if there's no DP after over 1 year (since 1st patient admitted last year) then it is truly amazing.

The other under-rated statement is this, as per September ann:

"all vaccinated patients developed immune responsesand antibodies to the HER-2 protein"

This antibodies can't be the result of chemo, so it must be the work of Her-Vaxx. I'd also think the types of antibodies are those produced by Herceptin as the vaccine should turn the patient's body into Herceptin-factory. IMO Ursula will explain the importance of this in Jan.
