Thanks analyst99, confirmed what my thoughts were, and hence my sell yesterday. I think the company are being selective with their words.

Don't get me wrong, great intersections and close to infrastructure, but at that quality, the current market cap has at least most of the upside factored in and there is substancial downside IMHO.

Zachary, I asked the question because I had concerns. If my concerns where incorrect, I would buy back in. I learnt a long time ago that just because you own it, doesn't mean you can't sell it and buy it back later. I think that is fair enough, and so far my actions have proved to be correct. Based on my research, I will not be buying back in.

I will leave it with you then, but for all those calling 10c by the end of the day, I'm more than up for a friendly wager.
