Wish our coal expert was still around. I have noted during the day some posters atributing the slide on the moisture factor. 37% was seen as a real worry. It seems though many coal mines (my research was Canada)have 40% moisture "as received" but once air dried can reduce this level to 5%.Perhaps using the 37% number at th end of the day in this context is a bit of a furphy.(or is that furfy).
The more I pick up on critia of a good analysis ( like Ash needs to be under 25% etc.) the more I find myself agreeing with the competent expert who signed off on the announcement.
