yes the cash equalising will finally give us a definative answer and that should be know soon. Looking at the roadshow it suggests approx 285m shares in issue, GGG will have 170.5m which means it's, give or take, a 60% - 40% split, maybe 59 -41% if AZX SP rises a decent amount.
AZX of course have the spin off products including $2m cash
