There is potential here, but senior management and BoD is crucial and that is not good enough.

If these guys really want to understand online commerce and the logistics side of the business (ie: customer fulfilment), they should be doing 1 shift in the warehouse every month and then helping out in a big way where they can to ensure Christmas orders get filled!!

That is what a small business owner would be doing with their own investment, if its good enough for them, should be good enough for a Small Cap online tech play of this size!
