Hi Cav - I am sure that there was something in an announcement by the company that they expected the approval by late Q4 2009 - so presume they may tell us if it is not going to be forth coming - unless i have it wrong (again) - you would think the company would like it to happen as it may put them in the money with BPOOB's being exercised if the share price can get over the 5 cent range so people may exercise the options
