Placement is only small how are you going to divide 5mil shares between a few thousand investors?

Any future placements I would rather they are done to brokers or insto's not offerd to shareholders for now, maybe when the price is higher but for now ORP need to place stock to some investors that are also going to come on the market & begin to rerate the share price to appropriate levels, this is the only thing ORP is lacking a on market backer to aggresively push ORP higher, we ahve what looks to be a company making project just need the right interest to move this higher.
