I always find that it is best to write down your questions to get them clear, then e-mail them so the Company can answer them properly, and you get an answer back to consider before your next response. T
Also, they sometimes refer you to previous announcements or websites for further info.
If you ring them, there is always the trap of "Bugger, why didn't I ask this or that"
Ring them then if you need clarification
