    We (the ex-shareholders) didnt get shellshocked. We got shafted.

    And Blackstone will (almost certainly) compulsorily acquire your shares for $1.80 (but you might have to wait a while for your cash). Which is why I got out for $1.78 or so from memory.

    But do read the announcements - maybe I misunderstood the situation.

    And you still rate this a "buy"?.
