Well.. no more shareholders awake. everyone got shell shocked.. seems like indeed Blackstone is getting this for a pittance..
Very nice spread so close to deal closing. seems like shareholders have bailed out on this puppy. for once this message board isnt inundated by folks claiming to torpedo an existing transaction with no votes. etc.
Nobody seems to care. literally.. There are a few large banks and HFs invested in this no doubt. but other than that no rays of hope and sunshine..
