It makes me suspicious whenever a US company raises funds here. Feels like they couldn't persuade investors there. It is not as if funding is scarce in North America/Canada that they have to travel to the other corner of the world looking for investors. Having said that, this seems to be a solid company with strong growth in advanced tech. But that carries its own risk too. Bottom line - confusing.
It makes me suspicious whenever a US company raises funds here....
