TLDR: nbn co have suggested that the ACCC should revist the scope of the superfast broadband access service declaration such that it covers wireless networks as well. If this were to occur the effect on SLC/BGL would be that they may be obliged to provide wholesale access to their services at a price which would be set (or at least strongly informed) by the ACCC.
