Basically Bernanke didn't do just QE3, he stated pretty much infinite QE .. money printing from hereon and low interest rates out to at least 2015.
Basically then the Fed has de-risked all precious metal stocks by guaranteeing a weakening USD as far as the eye can see.
From hereon though the manipulators will do their best, bullion will resume its upward trend for another number of years.
