Hi all
conserving capital is surviving, i went through that with quite a few companies in the tech wreck of 2000 and ensuing years the only ones that survived were the ones that had money or were profitable so it pays to be conservative re:div. your balance sheet must be taken
off and your shareholders will accept the decision but traders will not you'll be left to technicals IMO.
