I personly think CER is now a LT BUY (3-5 yrs) but still not ready to get back in as yet.

My only worry about holding CER at this stage is when I ask myself the following question...

WHY would the new owners of the 51% keep their stake in the company?

I've seen debt been sold off for less than 70c in the dollar, why wouldn't these new owners not just start dumping their stake in CER to recoup as much money as they can back?

Basically to sum up my post, WHY would they want to hold long term and not dump their newly aquired shares and make as much as they can back NOW in the next few months?
