    For those in the industry that know, PGH's half year accounts werent great. Currently there is a lot of employees leaving PGH.

    Im confused why someone would put so much into PPG unless it was to force a takeover at a lower price??? shares issued at $0.43 so he is already up 7% based on todays closing price.
