re: nope kiril, interesting what you said about map owning prime sydney real estate as i can still very clearly remember when hong kong's old kai tak airport was still smack bang in the middle of hong kong only about 8 years ago.
when the new airport was moved to lantau island, the old airport property was the last remaining prime land available in hong kong, and boy did that real estate re-development make a sh!t load of money...
