ah yes, although I'm not really overly interested in those in comparison as it's obvious BOPL should have paid and to a certain extent they can be solved by coming to an agreement with REY on the main case. But after waiting so long for anything from lawyers it's probably good to get a result showing they're doing something other than watching re-runs of Mad Men.
