Yes sergeant, Guy Scott, Vice President is now in charge. He is ex Trinity Hall Cambridge but unlikely the Zambians will let him do anything and only a matter of time before he is replaced. It is unpalatable to have a white man in charge. Don't forget the rules of racism and political correctness do not apply on the African continent.
