LAT's largest shareholders will already have been canvassed for their support ...and any remnant doubters have been convincingly & enthusiastically mopped up by Goh's supporters since the deal was announced.
There isn't even to be any further dilution (from that announced initially on the acquisition of mig33) from the AlivenotDead deal.
