yes they published a patent. But they can't publish it for biomarkers. That is the problem.
All biomarkers from the Dr. Mor study at Yale are now open to the public. They can't be patented. They only wish that he didn't publish this and they had invented it first with a patent.
They have published a patent mathematical algorithm on the mix of the biomarkers that is the ratio each one is used for the reading. There is a dire problem with this. It is so easy to reverse this make a small change using the exactly same biomarkers and you have a competing product.
Bottom line is they have no REAL protection
