There is a reason that we have not seen a Heads of Agreement signed - If you are to get the best price for your product then you must, in this space, deliver ALL the facts which means the full Data Pack – remember, here we are working on children and any disaster reflects VERY badly on the company taking this product to market - EMS are well aware of this and are not interested in negotiating anything until this information is in the public space - the likely suitors too will pay more for a product that they consider completely de-risked - so the reason we see no Heads of Agreement signed is because that is how EMS wants it done and I suspect any buyer would be of the same ilk
Bonox - you asked me about the name - I must confess it does not stand up and hit me - I have raised the suggestion with Steve a number of times which I am sure many here have - I am very much in favour of a name change and picking a name by committee (i.e. ask the shareholders) would take too long so SUDA it is and yes I do think it gives the sense of a new phase beginning
