Clacoste I respect where you are coming from but reality dictates the msot cost effective move for Erg and every other company for that matter.
We are entering a new paradigm. Cheap labour.
Ever had a crown placed on your tooth? I did 8 years ago. Paid $1,300. Now australian dentists are sending castes to china and saving more than half. Ofcourse they are not passing the savings to the patient. How can an Australian dental technician compete with the Chinese. In one builkding alone in Beijing over 10,000 dental technicians working for .25c an hour. How can you compete with that?? Howard will tell you- cut wages.
Another story a factory that employs 20,000. Manufactures sunglasses. Employees are housed and fed and paid USD100 per month. They have one day off per month and work the remainder 12 hour days. They are happy to do so. It beats starving.
This is what we are up against.
We can't beat them. Thangod we have natural resources, that they can't produce.
