Goss doesn't normally leak from ARQ's wellsites so I'd think it's mkt speculation about a result from Y-2 or news on the forward timeline (SB, Valhalla/Paradise, etc). Wasn't the Stokes B. JV meeting this week to agree a programme? Don't think it's the oil price. Most producers on my watchlist are only modestly up if at all. Merger news..maybe?
