drafting contracts and getting all parties to sign off on them is not the most time efficient of processes. I work with lawyers, legal srvices everyday doing this and they aren't efficient at all, most of it is legal hard-arseing in order for the lawyer to assert their dominance on the issue. kind of dragging out the matter to prove their skill and self-worth.
hardly something you can put a defiintive time limit on.
