I agree with those lower targets technically but somehow my macro's say no, 2008 prices crashed hard cause the markets ran hard from 2002 to 2008 with barely a pull back, since 2010 its been a stair case up, I don't know guess we'll see what the market makers do, maybe that line of support at mid $22s will do.
