    Your post highlights the difference between MRF and IPB - resources estimate and its probability. This is why i used quotation marks to highlight the word conservative. He will speculate, but one where the odds are relatively high.

    MRF is lacking the resource estimate and its probability hence the reliance of the production to assess whether the investigative findings are confirmed.
