Whether we are at he bottom or not depends at least to some extent on company news flow.

Isn't there a mining licence already in place for the first mine? Or is some additional licence needed?

An announcement with regard to an offtake agreement would be most helpful.

Or progress along the lines of development towards production of high purity graphene.

The type of mining is small scale, low capex, low opex. Starting production will be very low cost - and there are plenty of locals experienced in this -they have been doing it for 200 years. They only need a few tonnes of the high grade stuff to start the cash flow.
