Berkshire Hathaway is the largest institutional holder in TCCC.

TCCC is the largest holder in CCL

TCCC just invested a further $500m into the CCL Indonesian business.

...so indirectly Warren Buffett is buying and holding CCL.

If you cannot understand this basic corporate relationship then I'll take it as a sign that you haven't done enough research into this stock and your understanding of investing is limited.
