So TJX have moved out of the Gazal head office in Sydney to their new purpose built building down the road.
The question is what will Gazal now do with that whole floor ?
lease the whole building to PVH ?
Bring in a new tenant to fill it ?
or
sell the building after all it's now worth some $70,000,000
Maybe this will be a sticking point in the potential privatisation bid from PVH.
Either way the next 3-6 months should shed some light on wether or not the PVH deal will go thru and at what price..
