ASX Announcement 30 January 2019 CHANGE OF DIRECTORS Manalto Limited (ASX: MTL) (“Manalto” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that Dr James Ellingford has resigned from his role as Executive Director with Manalto, effective immediately. Mr Lewis is a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary for a number of ASX Listed companies, including Digital Wine Ventures Limited, Grange Resources Limited, Cycliq Group Limited and Ultima United Limited.
