DKI  i've emailed my rejection of all propossals & posted it to to make sure it's received . I've spent about 3 hours googling our new Md's company that she was on the board of ASX listed Whinnen Resources - which mophed into Whitestar Resources WSR which became Spookfish limited SFI had a happy ending for shareholders . i don't know if she had any involvement with the two later mentioned companies . I think the thing here is we need to know a lot more about our recently appointed MD- she might be good value i simply don't know . We got a company with a million dollars - but this can be eaten up in salaries & running costs  in a year . Given the deplorable time the meeting was called ie 5 days before Christmas , i mean what is the purpose of that - given it was suspended for 3 odd years . If we get one rep on the board is that going to stop the spend ?
