    Thanks Vortex - I have rec'd my Notice in the mail and will be calling the Company secretary on Monday to ask some questions (08-93226283).


    Key points are that Mark Major has resigned with significant leaving entitlements and the Directors are seeking a 10-1 capital consolidation.
