Yes , I got the AGM letter for 20th December 2018 . If anyone wants to contact me at [email protected] I am interested in following this one through. If they were genuine they would have contacted & updated shareholders by letter . I think it likely they have sold an asset of the company , so the company will have money the directors will be able to use for wages . There is a  resolution to vote on concerning retiring  benefits  on a director retiring from the company item 5 & 6  where the board determines what a director should receive . Have a guess what that could be - everything the company has got . We could see the politicians about this & try to get them to ask questions in parliament , then push for aa senate inquiry . ASIC & ASX are a disgrace - they do nothing and this is why they get away with giping shareholders.
