The business is still operating as a going concern, therefore shareholders remain shareholders whether it be listed or unlisted. My understanding is that if shareholders totalling 5% of the shares on issue request a meeting, it must be complied with. I believe there is opportunity to recover at least the value that they were trading at before being suspended.
