I've been in HCH for around 4 years.
Dr Alan Trench who lectured me in Mineral Economics is on the board (but on 5 other boards as well).
No the stake for HCH they paid 14c won't drive the price down from here. CAP own the mine iron ore and infrastructure in the area. The end game is to get CAP to help finance the mine build which will run to say $600m. Whether that's a takeover or getting in another senior partner in is undecided. Most liklely HCH will prove up the two new deposits then sell an equivalent amount of those to CAP. That will provide enough money to move forward.
