they have previously done raisings at a premium to the SP (through Sprott etc.) so i am hopeful.
i am new investor and have come in today for a small parcel.
I am looking at this as a high risk leveraged 'optionality play' which will hopefully become extremely sought after in a $4+ copper environment as it will have a billion$+ NPV. i note that its current NPV (with copper at $3+) is many multiples of the current market cap, and you can buy $100 mil+ worth of exploration at cents on the dollar.
with a 48 month time horizon, i don't think that it is unrealistic.
my preference now would be for management to simply do some very low cost exploration (to given an indication of some high grade material near the mine to improve the project economics) and then just sit still and preserve cash and wait for the copper price to improve. The project will then become a prime takeover target in the comping years.
