You need to review the history here. HCH does a lot of drilling because the MD's, father in law owns the drilling co. they use. However drilling costs money, rather than focus of getting shareholder value HCH continues to drill. Drill and dilute is their modus, as CAP want HCH to do all the work for minimal cost.
They have a fancy office in Applecross, Christian apparently travels at the front of the aircraft to quote Lady in Red and he cannot answer emails, they also have an under subscribed SPP, DYOR.
