None of the disputes are with CAP. CAP has acted professionally and has done nothing wrong. The issue is with Bonython Metals Group, which has misused shareholder funds.
I think only the individual can decide to buy or not, it's not anyone's place here to tell you what to do. My tip would be to look up the recent investor presentation, if you don't know what you are reading or are still confused keep researching. If you can't reach a conclusion either way it's best to just leave a company alone.
