    I dont think they grow Hey in Gosford as I only offered to eat Grass.But seriously I have no idea how Lodge would have arrived at $2 mill as CST would have not given them any figures and according to her second half sales theory $2mill must have been plucked from thin air.I would think $4.5 would be close to the figure.Or at least I hope.
