good question thing with the dominincan mine Los Lagunas is there are satelite ore bodies around it, I have heard that one miner approached BJ to have their ore toll treated by EVG so their is upside with the Las Lagunas mine, as they could be puting through higher grade than 3,3 grams a tonne and for longer than the current mine life with combining new ore and the tailings. Also there is upside for the sp from Equadorian Peruvian, and venezuealan joint ventures.
Its still a risky stock so i only have it as 4% of my Portfolio but I feel privalaged to hold a large proportion( in my terms) of the oppies on issue
Maybe you could do a NPV of the projects and get back with the answers for all of us.
