i dont think NM is the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to creating value for shareholders, his handling of the port situation was terrible and they have basically sold off or joint ventured all other assets so Im a little worried what the future holds even if the deal proceeds

Ideally this would have been a corporate deal rather than an asset sale because the market simply isnt going to trust management with the sale proceeds even if it does go ahead, the deal should probably be worth 75c+ but I get the feeling it will struggle to trade even at 50c once the deal is approved

i did notice that the environmental approvals were under appeal at mid October so I hope there isnt more delays
