Round up all the Melbourne CBD homeless people thats currently causing a debacle..
By some cheap Myer suits for them.
Give them some business cards with a new RE company - HOMIE
Give them a crash course - You know... Best place to put the A frame sign and flags for the viewing / Hand out name and number forms / Some basic lingo (A renovators dream, a real diamond in the rough, Not just a house but a home)
Then tell them to stay out of the way as buyers stumble over themselves to bid higher.
And of course film it all...
