My guess is that the PRIME shareholders will be keen to build a big position in this stock.
May be be with the thought of controlling it.
I agree we are at cusp or probably surpassed it.
If I had a large holding in PRIME and it cost me +$20 and more to commercialise, why would I not hedge my bets by trying to control NSP for a fraction of this and have access to next generation of filters as well as the artificial insemination technology.
NSP is undergoing a shake out for weak hands. At the corporate negotiations level , not by share manipulation as I see it.
My tendency would be to build on my position rather than sell out.
