There's skin....and then there's skin:
AG has 36.33% of voting shares according to the ANN dated 7th April. By my calculations our Executive Chairman's holding equates to 5.3%
When the Board did the Transocean Securities deal earlier this year, which saw the SP fall from >4 cents to 1 cent to match their offer price, AG must have taken a huge hit, presumably for the good of the company.
I don't have any insight as to what will be the turning point but from earlier "roadshows" I know that our tech has been said to have lots of future applications (including, if I remember correctly, the possibility of a portable dialysis machine at some stage). Most recent presentations have stressed the vet /animal husbandry market possibilities and if I was a betting man (which I'm not) I would think that space is where a game changing ANN may come from.
My point in the earlier post was that our big shareholders can't afford to have this company fall over. They have put a lot of work into sorting out the fall out from the previous Board's governance mess. We must be close to ridding ourselves of that terrible legacy. Hopefully the last ANN re "NuSep Holdings Limited (ASX:NSP) advises that further to its announcement to ASX on 2 May 2016, A-Bio Pte Ltd have extended the payment date relating to the A-Bio Agreement until 29 June 2016" and the "strong legal action to defend its ownership rights to the GF 100 Machine" will mark the end of the sorry saga of the past and see a successful exit from PrIME on something like a commercial basis.
I think NSP has to be good buying at current levels as even a return to where we were pre the Transocean Securities deal will result in a 6 bagger!
