Perhaps its a take over target IF someone believes in the tech?
An acquirer with an existing sales force could cut a lot of the bloated management and admin costs, and the sales should drop to acquirers bottom line, assuming the sales targets of between 10-15m can be achieved (Pls check that number as I'm not 100% that number was guided by mgt but I recall something around that range) At current prices, this equates to 1.0x sales (at the top end). This is a very reasonable multiple.
I get the sense that there has been a lot of corporate spin by people who are used to working in large organisations.
Small businesses require hussle, and frugality. These lot spend like the proverbial drunken sailor.
Perhaps at the end of the day lights are just a commodity ???
One thing for certain there needs to be a management overhaul ASAP!
The only person worth keeping would be the CTO, everyone else is surplus to requirements. The Chair should probably go too.
Other companies in the same/similar industry have been resurrected from the dead for example ASX:BID ... but that was only after the right CEO was appointed.
