If they are unfounded, and I hope they are, then they should just simply say so.

These allegations were made by the auditors of the company who have privileged information and are VERY SERIOUS in nature. If they are unfounded and misrepresentations, then they should say so. Not saying anything is like admitting it is all founded on a basis of truth. How can you suggest otherwise? Do you know something?

So in answer to your question, YES, I do believe an announcement is in order. I think we are all owed that as a minimum.

I have asked you previously to tell us on what basis you make these sweeping statements. You tend to not answer and ask more questions, which we answer, unlike NuSep and your good-self. I would like to know how you base your statement "unfounded and misrepresnted allegations"? What is the motivation of the accusers?
