3) They hae not been dealt with. ASIC and Continuous Disclosure as a case in point. Just saying "they have been dealt with, doesn't make it so.

4) By the 2010 AGM when the Sinagapharm was announced the GFC was well underway by 2-3 years already (Lehman failed a full 2 years before that). And the so=called rebels, who you so quickly blame, but took their largesse, had warned the board and management before the AGM, so this was not an unknown, but should have been anticipated.

5) How is Gohgate being sorted it still stinks more than a NY subway.

How can you say ASIC is done when THERE IS NOT A SHRED OF EVIDENCE TO THAT?

You like to say you rely on 'facts' but never actually cite any. How can you say "AG has Nusep Holdings working like a finely uned machine." when all of the facts suggest otherwise? Are you in discussion with AG? What has he done to resolve these matters? Did he colude over the Gohgate matter? Why isn't Goh being charged interest?
